The exterior is combo of heavily slurried painted brick and Hardie Board and Batten.

This was a stick build and we used zip board and spray foam behind the facade. Both the front and back truss was engineered and came prefabricated by the manufacturer.

We have stained tongue and groove on our front and back porch ceilings.

Patios and pavers are poured concrete.

Our home has 64 windows. They are the 100 and 400 series from Anderson.

At this time, we do not have a UV film on the windows, but this is something we are looking to add.

We did xeriscape landscaping with a lot of cacti, agave, yuca, and other drought-resistant plants, plus the sod. We have irrigation for watering.
